It appears that the Cleveland Indians have bolstered their bullpen in a deal with the San Diego Padres. The Athletics Ken Rosenthal has reported that Brad Hand and Adam Cimber have been sent to San Diego in exchange for the Indians top catching prospect Francisco Mejia.

Cleveland has acquired two left-hand relievers to a bullpen that has let down the tribe considerably this season. This move was made to potentially propel the Indians to another championship run as they strengthen their backend for the stretch run.
Mejia is ranked as the 15th overall prospect in baseball while Hand was the Padres primary closer and Cimber has posted solid numbers this season.
